On Monday April 27, Ana Requena successfully defended her PhD Thesis ‘Flood frequency analysis by a bivariate model based on copulas’.

She was supervised by Dr. Luis Mediero and her examiners were Dr. Thomas Kjeldsen (University of Bath), Dr. Fernando Delgado (University of Granada), Dr. Carmen Llasat (University of Barcelona), Dr. Luis Garrote (UPM) and Dr. Juan Ignacio Pérez (UPM). Congratulations Ana!!!

On Monday April 20, Ángela Martínez Codina successfully defended her PhD Thesis, entitled ‘A methodology for the statistical analysis of pipe failures in water distribution networks.’

Her work was supervised by Dr. Luis Garrote and Dr. Luis Cueto-Felgueroso. Congratulations Ángela!!!
